Make education a place for everyone to thrive.
The Eindhoven School of Education (ESoE) department within TU/e approached us with the question: how can we help our teachers become open to the challenges that we are facing in the classroom, regarding diversity and inclusion?
Through a process of co-creations with the client, we developed a toolkit containing a series of exercises and activities to bring our target audience, experienced teachers and educators, from a state of awareness regarding what is currently happening in the classroom, to a state of action, to adjust behaviour at an individual and group level for a more inclusive teaching culture.
Interactive full-day session
Once the iterative process of developing the toolkit terminated, we facilitated a full-day workshop session for all the teachers of ESoE. This workshop session functioned as a train-the-trainer session for some participants, as they picked up the toolkit for internal use, with other staff members.
The toolkit has been developed for digital use through Miro, and converted into a physical toolkit for the purpose of the full-day workshop.
