The Embassy of Water approached us with the question: how can we make real estate developers listen to the voice of water when designing and building new projects?
In co-creation with the partners of the Embassy of Water (Gemeente Eindhoven, Waterschap De Dommel, Provincie Noord-Brabant and Brabant Water), we developed a toolkit that follows as closely as possible the existing designing, planning and building process of real estate developers, but it has a special twist.
By combining water rituals, stakeholders management methods and coaching techniques, we created a unique toolkit that delivers tangible results while including the ephemeral perspective of water.
